Dr. Ben Lee attained their PhD with Inés Ibáñez at the University of Michigan, and now studies roots collected from herbarium specimens to explore how soil fungal communities have changed over time in response to climate change and how shifts in these communities affect their plant hosts with the Ashman lab.
