Becky is the Sequencing Lab Manager and a bioinformatics specialist in the Hatfull lab. Her responsibilities include sequencing the genomes of hundreds of phages found by students across the country in the SEA-PHAGES program. Becky is a University of Pittsburgh graduate with a degree in Biological Sciences. Following graduation, Becky worked in the Stronach lab. Her expertise includes molecular biology and bioinformatic techniques.
